Delivery Charge
We charge delivery for every order placed according to our delivery rate.
Delivery Area
We deliver in Durban, Johannesburg and its surrounding areas.
Delivery Time
We deliver every day, seven days a week including public holidays between 8H00 and 17H00. We deliver within 24 hours.
Offloading
Offloading zone may be done within the radius of 10m from the delivery vehicle and be visible to the delivery vehicle.
Refunds & Returns
Stock can only be returned in its original condition.
Delivery charges may not be refunded.
Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Should you wish to cancel an order, it must be done by email within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid unnecessary liability costs.
